Curraghmore Climb N-S

Known locally as Tralee Mountain this climb is a stalwart with many local cyclists. It is a mere category 3 but can challenge even those that cycle it regularly. The climb begins when heading in the direction of Castlemaine from Tralee and after a long straight begins quite swiftly with a left hand turn. It's a modest gradient that mostly remains consistent throughout the climb however there are subtle shifts particularly after the two hairpin turns.
