Today was day 15 and my legs were extremely tired both off the bike and on the bike. I took it as easy as possible to try and get some recovery into them before next week's cycles. I headed off at a very leisurely pace towards The Kerries, Blennerville, Ballyard and back home. I finished up with a handy 10 miles on my mountain bike in a time that I would normally do 20 on a racing bike but I hope that the recovery day will do me good.
