Were as week 1 had an element of excitement at starting something new and fresh, the middle weeks had me down with a cold and at times finding the whole thing hard and laborious. Glanageenty Loop Walk-A hidden gem The Nitty Gritty: Route: Lenihan Loop Distance: 5.3 km Height gain: 217 metres Difficulty: 4/10 Details: This is a great amenity situated between Tralee and Castleisland. There are 3 looped walks, sign posted with varying distances and difficulties.
