Details: At times Sunday can be a day that just drifts by without much being done. So with the sun shining in Tralee, I was determined to make something of the day.
A 10 minute drive from to Tralee took myself and my wife out to the seaside. Tralee Bay looked spectacular a deep blue colour with a mystical foggy mist gliding over parts of the bay.
Considering it’s the last day of November the weather was fantastic. Clear blue sky’s, with a fresh nip in the air and the winter sun doing it’s best to warm up the day.
The back beach at Fenit. Unusual rock formation uncovered by the low tide. Also the Sliabh Mish Mountains in the distance.
From the back beach there’s a tiny climb to the diving board area. This view awaits!
Take the path along-side the beach and sea back towards the village
Turning left up the hill and into the Village.
Circuit almost complete. Passing the old life boat house and slip- way
Nice way the pass away an hour or two on a Sunday
