80 K cycle in Barraduff

The 4th annual 80km cycle in aid of Barraduff National School will take place on Sunday June 7th 2015. The cycle will follow the same route as last year: Barraduff, Kilgarvan, Kenmare, Molls Gap, Killarney and back to Barraduff again. This cycle is a fundraiser in aid of Barraduff National school and os organised by the parents committee. It's a 80km route starting atBarraduff n's, going onto kilgarvan, into kenmare, where there is an offer in whytes kenmare for 5 euros (tea /coffee, sandwich, fruit, drink &a bar),over the famous molls gap [...]

The Kerry Group Rás Mumhan is renowned as one of the top cycle races on the Irish domestic calendar. The Etape will take in the Beara peninsula and the Healy pass on a spectacular route which includes spectacular climbs through some of West Cork and Kerry’s beautiful countryside. Molls Gap

Situated between Kenmare and Killarney, Molls Gap is one of the most famous climbs in Ireland and well renound in both cycling and car rallying terms.
